Litchfield Titanium Exhaust

The Litchfield 991 Turbo/S exhaust system was extensively tested on our dyno and on the road to provide significant improvements in both performance and noise.  This unique system is handmade in the UK by the same expert fabricator responsible for some of the very best F1 exhausts of this current era.  We have specified the finest grade Titanium with beautifully crafted mandrel bends and tail trims to complete the exquisite look. High flow Catalytic converters from Germany use the latest emissions friendly coatings which also ensure compatibility with the engine management system whilst reducing exhaust back pressure.

Thanks to it's titanium construction, our new exhaust has reduced the weight by approximately 16kg and liberates an extra 45bhp and 36lbft over the standard system, taking the car to nearly 600bhp without the need for ECU programming.

The throttle response and turbo spool are greatly improved due to the impressive reduction in back pressure. The exhaust note is transformed with a more aggressive bark under full throttle, crackling and popping on the over run for added theatre yet without being intrusive or droning when cruising.

Please specify, when booking, if your car is a 991.1 or 991.2 version as there are small differences in the systems. Both are a complete systems including catalytic convertors and take around 4 hous to install

Litchfield OBD Custom Tuning - 991.1

We are able to directly OBD remap the Porsche 991.1 Turbo/S to 600BHp on the standard car and to 620BHp using our titanium exhaust. We will have to remap your car at our workshop as this option is not currently available remotely.

Litchfield / Cobb Custom Tuning - 991.1

We can also use the proven Cobb Tuning V3 Accessport to tune the 991.1 Turbo S. Not only are generic maps available to download from the Cobb Tuning website, but we are able to completely custom tune the cars on both the road and dyno to 610BHp on a standard car, or to 625BHp on a car using our titanium exhaust. This allows us to tune for specific fuel requirements (e.g. 102 octane) and for custom engine or turbo application, however we will ned o see the vehicle at our workshop.

Ford Focus RS

The Cobb Accessport V3 provides quick and easy access to the ECU as well as reflashing of the ECU back to standard, should the car require an update from the Ford Dealer. It also provides remote assistance and updates from Litchfield’s technical team

HRE wheels

Litchfield are a recognised HRE wheel supplier and we are able to specify a huge range of these fantastic, lightweight centre-lock wheels for the 991 Turbo in a variety of finishes and colours. Please contact us to discuss your requirements as each order is custom made in Germany. The centre-lock wheels on the white 991.1 car in the photos below are HRE P103 monoblok 1-piece, machined from a single piece of 6061-T6 aluminium and clear coated.

Litchfield Lowering Springs

Made to Litchfield's specification by a well-known European suspension manufacturer, our uprated springs for the 991.2 lower the car by around 20mm for improved grip and looks without sacrificing ride comfort. The springs are currently only available to be fitted in our workshop, using our alignment settings.
