We can supply the the full range of RacingLine Induction products:
Simply the most sophisticated induction system for the new EA888 gen4 2.0 TSI. For both the lower-output Garrett turbo (such as Golf 8 GTI, Cupra Leon 245, Octavia vRS 245 etc)
and the higher-output Continental turbo engines (such as Golf 8 R & GTI CS, Audi S3 8Y etc). Hand built in the UK to OEM standards of materials, workmanship and detailing.
With a choice of filter: the giant Trifoam filter or Pleated Cotton option both double the standard surface area to give airflow for 600hp and beyond.
The R600 intake is RacingLine's best selling system for this platform. Little wonder, as it combines OEM-standard design and quality with significant power gains on uprated cars.
OEM-standards of design, quality, materials and construction, hand-made in the UK. Fits like a factory part; lasts like a factory part.
Twin CFD-optimised front intakes extending across the front of the car help achieve lower intake temperatures and worthwhile power gains.
Enormous airbox volume houses the filter, complete with thoughtful details like connection to the original factory drain tube, and an SAI connection for US cars.
Your choice of filter unit, to suit different needs. Both are double the size of standard - rated right up to 600hp and beyond.
For the higher-output gen.4 engines (Golf 8R, Audi S3 8Y etc), this Turbo Inlet System replaces both the highly restrictive plastic turbo elbow plus the factory
inlet hose with RacingLine's beautifully machined Turbo 90 Inlet combined with a smooth-flowing silicone Turbo Inlet Pipe. With a 10mm increase in internal diameter, these
two matched parts work as a package to give great airflow increases and maximum power gains.
What it does?
RacingLine's new Turbo Inlet System for the 300-320PS MQB 'EVO' cars such as Golf 8R, GTI CS, Audi S3 8Y etc is a matched package of their much larger diameter, free flowing Turbo 90 Inlet paired with reinforced Silicone Turbo Inlet Hose for much higher airflow between intake and turbo.
The factory inlet forces the airflow to pass through the restrictive plastic 'bellows' pipe, before tapering right down to run through a tight and restrictive plastic turbo inlet - in other words, terrible for flow.
The RacingLine Turbo Inlet System replaces this pipework with a larger diameter smooth-flowing silicon hose mated to a larger diameter thin-wall free flowing intake elbow.
The internal diameter of the Turbo 90 Inlet is massively increased from 74mm on the factory part right up to 84mm.
It's by combining the two parts of the kit that's allowed us to enlarge the diameter of both the Inlet and the Hose so much - and so give the maximum possible gains.
Put simply, without it, you’re wasting much of the potential of your high-flow intake system without fitting this Turbo Inlet System. An essential upgrade!
A valuable power increase comes from fitting RacingLine's Turbo Inlet System to replace both the highly restrictive plastic turbo elbow plus the inlet hose. With a 13.5mm increase in
internal diameter, the beautifully machined Turbo 90 Inlet combined with the smooth-flowing silicone Turbo Inlet Pipe gives great airflow increases for maximum power gains.
For the lower-output gen.4 engines (Golf 8 GTI, Octavia vRS etc) only.
What it does?
RacingLine's new Turbo Inlet System for the 245PS & 207PS MQB 'EVO' cars such as Golf 8 GTI is a matched package of their much larger diameter, free flowing Turbo 90 Inlet paired with reinforced Silicone Turbo Inlet Hose for much higher airflow between intake and turbo.
The internal diameter of the Turbo 90 Inlet is massively increased from 62.5mm on the factory part right up to 76mm.
For the new EA888 gen4 2.0 TSI 245PS engines with the lower-output Garrett turbo (such as Golf 8 GTI, Cupra Leon 245, Octavia vRS 245 and more) this new
Tapered Turbo Muffler Delete plus Silicone Joiner is a valuable part of your car's smooth breathing.
Choose a smooth, turbulence-free air path exiting your turbo with the RacingLine 2.0 TSI Turbo Muffler Delete. For the Garrett turbo (lower output) 245ps engines such as Golf 8 GTI, Audi A3, Leon Cupra and Octavia vRS, plus Polo GTI AW.2 with 207ps engine.
What it does?
RacingLine's Tapered Turbo Muffler Delete for 2.0 TSI EA888.4 245ps is a sleek single billet design combined with larger diameter silicone joiner hose which replaces the restrictive, power-robbing compressor outlet with a smooth, turbulence free air path exiting the turbo.
The standard part is located on the outlet of the turbo compressor to reduce engine bay acoustics, but adds in disruptive turbulence to the airflow right where you don't want it.
The OEM part is a 38mm inner diameter throughout, whilst the RacingLine tapered design enlarges up to 53mm, joining perfectly with the smooth 53mm, internally-stepped silicone hose.
By replacing the standard part with the tapered Turbo Muffler Delete and Silicone Hose, you’ll replace this unwanted restriction with a smooth CFD-developed uninterrupted air path.
The result: noticeably better boost response giving a little more power and throttle reaction, all the while being able to actually hear your turbo working.
RacingLine's R600 intake gives you a choice of Trifoam filter or Pleated Cotton Filter - either as a full R600 kit, or just as a replacement filter for existing
R600 intakes.
The Trifoam filter offers the highest airflow of all filter types, for the best possible power for more of the time. As a high performance part, regular maintenance is essential to keep it at
its very best.
Considerations for the Trifoam® filter:
RacingLine's R600 intake gives you a choice of Trifoam filter or Pleated Cotton Filter - either as a full R600 kit, or just as a replacement filter for existing
R600 intakes.
The Pleated Cotton filter offers a robust 'fit and forget' filter that will last for years. It gives great initial power output but doesn't have the dust-loading capacity of Trifoam.
Considerations for the pleated cotton filter:
Want the ultimate from your R600 Cotton Filter?
RacingLine's new Cotton Filter 'Oversock' simply slides over the top of your Cotton Filter and protect the surface layer of the cotton from dust and dirt. The Oversock can be cleaned
or just replaced to keep your Cotton Filter at its very best for years.
RacingLine's Trifoam High Flow Panel Filters use the exact same filter material as their intake systems to provide the perfect starting point for your car's upgrades. A simple drop-in replacement for your factory paper filter, giving a valuable
boost to engine efficiency as a perfect compliment to either a standard engine or those running Stage 1 calibrations
What it does?
RacingLine's High-Flow Panel Air Filters, available for all Volkswagen Group 'MQB' 2.0 TSI and 2.0 TDI cars replace the restrictive factory paper filters with an improved, high flow and reusable lifetime triple-layer Trifoam® filter. Put simply, it’s the best Panel Air Filter you can buy.
OEM-standards of design, quality, materials and construction, hand-made in the UK. Fits like a factory part; lasts like a factory part.
Allow your engine to breathe better and operate more efficiently – improve the engine’s airflow, and power and fuel economy gains will follow.
By removing the inevitable restrictions that the standard paper panel filter gives, this Panel Filter allows a small but worthwhile increase in airflow through to the turbo.
This RacingLine Oil and Cleaner Kit is essential to help you keep your filter in peak condition at all times and ensure that the complex triple-layer foam continues to deliver its power and
filtration benefits for many years. It’s important that only this Oil and Cleaner Kit are used, as they've been specially formulated to work with RacingLine's foam air filter material
RacingLine recommend that the filter element is cleaned and reoiled every 10,000 miles/16,000 km, and/or a visual inspection at least every 6 months. This is a simple procedure, and will ensure that your
filter continues to deliver the power improvements over a standard car. If your car is regularly used in a dry/dusty environment, we advise that you clean and re-oil your filter more regularly
If you don't clean your filter at the above intervals, no loss of filtration will occur, and your engine will still be fully protected. However, the performance advantages from the additional
air flow of a clean filter will be lost. You will also shorten the life of the filter element.
