The BMW M5 has long been regarded as the benchmark for performance saloon cars. The latest F90 series version of the M5 takes this even further with its powerful 600bhp engine and for the first time 4WD to put the power down smoothly and safely.
The engine is an evolution of the original 4.4 Twin turbo S63 and in the latest F90 M5 it produces 600PS (591bhp) in standard form and 625PS (616bhp) in Competition form with both variants produce 553lbft (750Nm). The engine offers huge performance potential just waiting to be unlocked with our choose upgrades.
Like with many of our popular models we have invested in our own demonstrator vehicle that allows us to perfect our tuning as we get to live with the car on a daily basis. Our F90 M5 has spent considerable time on our Maha rolling road (same supplier BMW use) along with hours of road testing and refinement. The calibration we have developed for the car provides the very best in safe and reliable performance for these fantastic cars.
Our Stage 1 upgrade for the F90 M5 offers a significant increase in power and torque from its carefully re-calibrated ECU. This customised ECU mapping was developed over many hours of testing on our own development vehicle to ensure we are able to provide the very best calibration rather than using a generic off the shelf file. Programming of the ECU can be completed through the On Board Diagnostic (OBD) port so more time can be spent on honing the calibration. It also means we can revert the car back to standard at any time by uploading the original file.

The latest F90 M5 models, like all new Direct Injection engines, are fitted with the new GPF/OPF particulate filter in the exhaust. Some version of this are more restrictive than others and in the F90 M5 the standard exhaust is able to breath reasonably well through these. As such we offer a new Stage 2 option that supplies a free flowing exhaust that connect up to the GPF/OPF to allow both an improvement in noise and performance without compromising the vehicles emissions status.
Our Stage 2 upgrade uses the stunning Akrapovic Evolution full Titanium system, which is 4.3 kg lighter than standard. This exhaust has its own carbon tail trims and uses the BMW software to control it's valves.
