Our Alpine A110 was brought brand new is the Premiere Edition which was the launch model that featured all of Alpine’s options at the time.
The car has only travelled 9,818 miles and is in superb condition. It was finished in White paint with Black leather interior. When the car arrived brand new we installed our Paint Protection Spray which provided a clear plastic film to protect the paint. We then peeled this off to install a mixed colour scheme for our Autosport Show Stand.

We then decided to paint the exterior with our PPS system in a Red pearl ink. This leaves the original white paint untouched and it can be peeled off at a later date if needed. The Red is a special colour as it involved painting the PPS covered body panels in a rich silver metallic before applying a Red dye in the first layer of Lacquer. We then add our clear self-healing lacquer over the top and when you look at the car there is a much great contrast between the light and dark parts of the panels. When the light fits the panels directly it passes through the red top coat and reflect back through again from the silver base coat giving a more vivid red finish. It is something we’ll be repeating on our other demo cars and we have just done a similar PPS conversion on our 992 Turbo S.
The extensive Factory options include: 18in Fuchs Forged Wheels, Active Sports Exhaust, Alpine Blue Brake Calipers (although we have colour coded these to the Red PPS), Floormat with Alpine Logo – Blue Stitching, High-Performance Brakes with 320mm Discs in Front and Rear, Lightweight Focal Audio System with 2 Speakers and 2 Tweeters and Amplifier Plus, Mirror Package, optional Sabelt Seats in Black Leather, Telemetrics – Real-Time Technical Data and Performance Metrics,
Our car has our 310bhp/305lbft power upgrade, up from the original 248bhp, and provides incredible performance of the A110 a significant improvement. This upgrade has had great reviews by established publications like Evo Magazine and Autocar. However we however we are just as pleased with our development of our Nitron suspension kit for the A110. We felt that the body control could be improved and the ride quality sometimes suffered over certain UK roads. The Nitron kit fixes all of these issues it’s more comfortable and yet doesn’t lurch as much from one side to the other when pushing on which makes the car more predictable and fun to drive.
We don’t usually keep our development cars for long but the Alpine has been such a nice car to drive and a brilliant counter point to some of the other cars we work on. However with a number of new cars arriving in the Spring and Summer. There really isn’t anything like it and given Alpines plans to go all electric in the future I think it will quickly become a future classic.
As you would expect with one of our car it has been well looked after and the car will receive a full service prior to sale and the car will come with a 6 month warranty.
