STANDARD MANIFOLD TURBOS
Stage 4.5 - IHI Standard Manifold Turbo Kit - 800 BHP Capable
Our most popular turbo kit is our IHI Stage 4.5 turbos which give great response and are capable of flowing 800 bhp with the right supporting modifications. Ideal for customers looking to produce around 700bhp-800bhp these turbos are based on the same IHI cores found in the Nismo/GT3 models but feature our own Billet compressor wheel that both flows more air and with its lighter construction allows it to spool up quickly.
These upgraded turbos use modified versions of the original turbine housings, compressor covers and integrated manifolds to provide a straight forward bolt-on solution. Upgraded wastegate actuators insure correct boost levels can be maintained.
As the turbos are from the same IHI family as the originals they do not require any changes to the original oil and water lines which makes installation even easier.
Stage 4.5 IHI turbo features:
- Custom billet aluminium compressor wheel for fast response
- Larger Nismo/GT3 style turbine wheel

- CNC Machined Compressor cover
- CNC Machined Turbine housing
These turbos are available on a core exchange bases. You will need to send in your original turbos for inspection of cracks to the manifold before we can send out these new turbos.
Stage 5 - Borg Warner 6758 EFR Standard Manifold Turbo Kit - 950 BHP Capable
These 6758 EFR turbos have been our centre piece of our Stage 5 conversion. We were the first company to install these turbos into the GT-R turbine housings and the results were incredible. The advanced light weight design gives quicker than stock turbo spool and fantastic throttle response with the increased size allow the turbos to flow up to 950 bhp on pump fuel with the correct supporting mods.
These upgraded turbos use heavily modified versions of the original turbine housings, compressor covers and integrated manifolds to provide a straightforward bolt-on solution. Upgraded wastegate actuators ensure correct boost levels can be maintained.
The kit includes replacement oil and water lines with heat shielding. It also includes pre-turbo oil filters to help guard again turbo damage from oil contamination.
Stage 5 Borg Warner 6758 EFR turbo features:

- 54mm gamma Ti turbine wheel for instance response

Stage 5 - G25-660 Standard Manifold Turbo Kit - 1,000 BHP Capable
Our latest Stage 5 turbos feature the Garrett Motion G25-660 turbo cores complete with fitting kit. These are the ideal turbos for customer looking for up to 1,000 bhp in the stock location turbo manifolds. These upgraded turbos use heavily modified versions of the original turbine housings, compressor covers and integrated manifolds to provide a straight forward bolt-on solution. By carefully machining the turbine housing and compressor covers the larger Garrett G25-660 turbos can be installed giving excellent turbo response and huge gains in power and torque. Upgraded wastegate actuators insure correct boost levels can be maintained.
