HRE R101 LIGHTWEIGHT FORGED MONOBLOK ALLOY WHEELS - LITCHFIELD SPEC

We travelled to the HRE’s state of the art factory in California to work with them to produce a set of wheels that are the ideal specification for the 991.2 Carrera body. Allowing just the right offset to give the perfect fitment without the need to run additional spacers. Starting at a mere 7.2kg (16lbs), HRE’s R101 Lightweight takes the R101 style to the next level. The R101 LW is specifically designed for individual vehicle models creating the ultimate in lightweight optimisation.

The R101LW wheel provides a huge saving in un-sprung weight of 3.6kg for each of the rear wheels and 2.3 kg of each of the front wheels. This is saving is significantly increased when rotating at speed (some manufacturers claim 4-10x the weight saving) and provides the driver with a smoother feel, suspension that performs better and steering that is purer and sharper in its feel. The increased offset also provides a wider track to provide more stability and grip when cornering.
