D95 discs offer the most amounts of cooling by allowing hot gasses from the pad’s surface to quickly escape into the central cooling veins of the brake disc. The holes are individually countersunk to help prevent cracking, a common side effect of drilled discs that have seen excessive heat cycling.
TAROX D95 discs always feature fully drilled holes unlike some competitor discs which feature only dimples. Each of these holes is carefully positioned to ensure it penetrates the discs internal cooling vein for optimised cooling. As a result, the drilled pattern can vary from disc to disc and images are supplied for illustrative purposes only.
All D95 discs are based on original equipment specification, TÜV approved castings, heat treated for strength and hand finished to ensure the smoothest possible braking surface. TAROX Corsa pads are their ideal partner for track day sessions.
